Rich has lived in the Mission District for 30 years. At Enterprise Community Partners, he oversees Enterprise's affordable housing, community development, investment and strategic programs for the Bay area. Those efforts include launching Enterprise's role in a groundbreaking program to revitalize public housing in SF, greening existing affordable housing, working with Bay Area communities on the foreclosure crisis and initiating investment in new affordable housing. Previously, Rich managed and underwrote Low-Income Housing Tax Credit investments in California for Enterprise.

Lisa has been a volunteer with Jamestown since 1997 when she started tutoring a third grader. Since then, she has assisted with fundraising and overall governance as a founding member of the Jamestown Council and a Board member since 2005.
Lisa is a 5th generation San Franciscan deeply interested in giving back to the diverse city that nurtured her interest in global cultures, particularly in Latin America. She earned her Masters Degree in Latin American politics and International Economics from the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. In 2010, Lisa went to work for the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department helping to foster public-private partnerships to support parks and recreational programming in SF. She lives in SF with her husband and two children.

Efrain Barrera immigrated to San Francisco's Mission District from El Salvador at the age of 15. He attended Mission High School and the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with a bachelor's in Sociology and Education.
Efrain has over 15 years of experience in the field of education, nonprofits, and working with immigrant families and youth. He is most effective in a collaborative environment working toward a common goal. Efrain is the proud father of a 6-year-old and a 10-year-old, who push him to become a better human being day by day.
