Phoenix Risers is a before-school program at Jamestown Community Center designed to help students start their day with structure, support, and care. Participants enjoy breakfast, social-emotional check-ins, and guided transitions to the classroom, creating routines that improve school readiness and reduce chronic absenteeism.
By fostering consistent attendance and providing a safe, relationship-centered environment, Phoenix Risers not only supports students’ academic and emotional growth but also serves as a vital resource for working families facing early-morning challenges.
